Dane Valarie Adams

Dames Valarie adams is one of the best shotputers in the world, it all started in september when she was watching the olympics late at night around 12 in the morning and she said to herself one day im going to be thier, but sadly the next day her mum passed away and so she started to be succesfull for her mum and her family. her best throw was 21.24 and she also has won 3 medals 2 gold and 1 silver she also has 2 kids.

Term 2 Highlights!

this term was all about watch the space. the whole schools learning this term was based on space and planets. my class and team learnt about the atmospheres and how the season and earth work, and way more others.

the hardest thing this term wasnt actually anything it was a fun term I think but the only thing that was hard was work :).

One of my  highlights from this term was the AMAZING fia fia the school put on, which is a type of culture festival that has been going on for years now anyways it is when every kid gets to perform a item in different culture groups. My second favourite highlight was camp, it was so cool to get the opportunity to go because we learnt how to be a good leader and help others out and step up, but that wasn't the only thing we got to do, we did lots of activitys where we work in groups but my most favourite activity at camp was go carting and getting able to be with my friends. there was also a disco we had and a talent show,and a magic show and those were cool.

Time Problems

 Task Discription: for the last week of school this is my second maths we had to solve word problems on a clock and then play three time games, it was easy to understand and fun to play the games.

Task Discription: this is one of my maths for this week, we had to solve word problems about time we had to  put stuff into right place and figure out the times. we had to fill in the blank spaces with the times and put the clock to the correct  time that our teacher has told us. this activity was easy and quick to do !!!.

Task Discription:this week for maths is measurements we had to fill in the questions and answer them we also had to make a video of us measuring three stuff and talking about it how much cm they are it was fun and easy.

KPMG TRIP!!!

 Yesterday me and 29 other kids got the opertunity to go to a place called KPMG it is a big acounting organizetation building in the city. my highlight was the sience prodgect we did because it was fun to make and watch the baloon explode, I also liked when the 7 people who worked at KPMG shared what they do at there job it was interesting because some things they do I havnt heard of b4.

Task Discription:This is part 3 of the jacket it was interesting and it was about phill thinking if he was predajuced or not and he asked his mum if he was but she said no and now he thinks his mum is predajuced but i think they are and i think there racist.

Pyramids are ancient structures located in Egypt. There are only 118 identified pyramids in Egypt,  but the largest one is called ‘The Great Pyramid Of Giza . Egyptians believed that burying the dead bodys with their organs and stuff that they think that are important to them would  rejoin them there after life. 

 are ancient egypt people who died and when they die they get mummified which means this was a long process of preserving the body and making the coffin with lots of painting and writing and in eyption culture there coffins are supposed to represent what dead people actually look like, but instead were meant to represent the god that hoped to become passed into the afterlife.

Pyramids are ancient structures built in egypt by egypt people they were built for religious purposes. They built them because they believed that it would rejoin them with there after life, matter in fact eygption were the first people to ever believe in afterlife, they also believed that a second half who named himself ka lived with in every human being.

 Task description: this week for writing we are learning about egyptians and the pyramids this is what i learned about I learned some things I never knew about before. This writing was hard at first but then it got easier when I learnt more stuff.

Mars report

Mars moons are among the smallest moons in our solar system, phobo is a bit bigger than deimos and orbit only 3,700 miles 6,000 kilometers above the martian surface. The moons go around mar three times a day and take 30 hours.
