Ask them how their day is and tell them to take a seat, make them feel like they are home so they feel welcomed.When your visitor feels like they are home ask if they would like a drink or something to eat. Start to talk to them to make them feel comfortable.Maybe ask if they are cold so you can give them a blanket, if they start to get bored you can put on the tv for them so they are not bored.Some other facts to be a good host is to help people get around placeses,be prepared and also set times for the day, you can also share your family schedules so everyone knows where and what to do.There are different types of host?
